Location

The Skye Riding and Arts Centre is located on the A850 - Portree to Dunvegan road.

From Portree, follow the A87 for 4 miles until you come to a slip road at Borve Turn onto this slip road A850, and follow towards Dunvegan. You will pass through 3 small townships: Skaebost, Glen Bernisdale, and Bernisdale.

Just past Bernisdale you will pass a sign for Treaslane river.

Keep following the road until you come to the top of a hill. On your way down the hill, you should see STC on the left hand side.

You drive down the hill, past a red telephone box and at the bottom of the hill turn into the junction on your left marked ‘Suladale’.

Follow the road, and at the top turn right up the drive signposted ‘STC’.

From Dunvegan follow the A850 towards Portree.

Approx 8 miles along the road you will pass through the village of Edinbane.

Keep following the road for a further 4 miles.

You will notice the horse riding caution signs at the side of the road as you come down a hill with a tight bend at the bottom - slow down as the junction is on the bend.
